Terms of Use

Welcome to TCG Tracker. These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the TCG Tracker website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to agree to these Terms. A valid Discord account is required to sign in.

TCG Tracker uses Discord for authentication. When you sign in, we access basic profile information from Discord as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the security of your Discord credentials. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

The Service lets you submit content such as tournament results, match records, deck information, profile details, and community Space information ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant TCG Tracker a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and use it for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and for the accuracy of the results and information you submit. Space owners and moderators are responsible for the communities they run.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent tournament or match data;
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, or post unlawful, hateful, or obscene content;
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.

Trading card games, card names, artwork, logos, and related trademarks referenced on the Service are the property of their respective owners. TCG Tracker is an independent fan-built tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher. All TCG Tracker branding and original Service content is owned by TCG Tracker and may not be used without permission.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TCG Tracker and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
